Sparkling Rice

Hi,

Well today my time was very limited but I still found the time to surprise you all with a new dish, well today it includes two dishes. The food that I will present today will be like the one yesterday meaning HEALTHY.

Well lets start of with the ingredients you need:

  • Half an Onion
  • Rice
  • Egg
  • Spring Onion
  • Coriander
  • Cherry Tomatoes
  • Soft fishcake
  • Turkey meat
  • Celery
  • Peanuts
  • Oil
  • Butter
  • Herbal Salt or Salt and Pepper
  • Sesame Oil
  • Cooking wine
  • Sugar
  • Vinegar
  • Pumpkin Oil
Well the first dish is fried rice but not any kind of fried rice its called Sparkling Fried rice because when you taste it, it really gives you the spark on your tongue and all over your mouth. Well lets begin with the magic. First cut the onion (into cubes), Spring Onion (just cut one piece into small bites), coriander (into small pieces, mainly for decoration), turkey into a shape you like to prefer and also the fish cake. Well i usually cut them into random shape because it give it a more crazy look and doesn't look all planned out but rather something you invented that is surprising and just more interesting, BE DIFFERENT. Anyways now heat up the pan and put some olive oil in it. Let it heat and then throw in the onions, turkey and fish cake. Let is cook for a while till you get that crazy smell in the air feeling like your standing on heaven. Well now you can take the step of breaking the egg and stir it a bit till the yolk is broke and let it fry with the rest of the ingredients till it forms a pancake so that you can break it into pieces again. Well the second method would be instead of the egg put the rice in and let it fry and till the rice looks well mixed with the rest of the ingredients put in the egg and just stir it like you have never stirred in your life before. Well now that all the ingredient are in we start adding the taste put in some Herbal Salt (or Salt and pepper), add some sesame oil and cooking wine just to give it a spark of taste and if you like spicy well add some chilly tastes amazing as well. Now moving on the sparkling fried rice is done just put it on low heat to keep it warm.

While the rice is finished take the cut celery put in on a plate and put a bit of pumpkin oil, herbal salt, vinegar, and sugar into it mix it around till each piece get a nice touch of the sauce and colour and at the end top it with some peanuts (if you are allergic to it, leave it out). Well now you got two dishes the salad is already prepared and the rice, well just put it on the plate, top it up with some coriander and a cherry tomato and its ready to be eaten or served. The outcome should look like this:

Oh Yeah before I forget, the rice. If you want an amazing tasting rice just on its on, well when you cook it put some herbal salt or salt and pepper and add some butter and sesame oil and stir the rice so that the ingredients is able to travel all over the place and once its cooked it taste just well lets say AWE-SOME.

P.S. The answer to the yesterdays game, well I said are you able to chuck or X the beer in 30 seconds, of course I can, so you start drinking the beer and finish with like 10 seconds. Well my friends you lost, because the question was are you able to drink it IN 30 seconds and not WITHIN. Well it is lame but you are able to win a drink for you and your friends if your have the right approach. Well good luck and see you tomorrow with another dish and another way of getting free drinks and money.

Sincerely,

Pan Yi

Magical Paprika

Hi,

Today I prepared an art that only takes 5-10 min to cook, it is easy and good and most importantly its HEALTHY.

Basically what you have to prepare is:
  • Half an Onion
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 Paprika
  • Some Coriander
  • 2 Cherry Tomatoes
  • 2 Toast Bread
  • Salt and Pepper (I prefer using Herb Salt)
  • Oil or Butter depending what you prefer
  • Pumpkin Oil
  • 1/4 Cucumber
  • 2 Bacon
Basically You cut the Onion in small Pieces like small cubes. After you cut the onions you start cutting up the bacon into small squares (so when you fry them they become somewhat crispy). Now you start heating up the pan with oil and while it heats up you break an egg put it in a bowl and beat like you have never beating an egg before. After you have finishing beating the egg you should slowly see the pan heating up. Now you put the onions and bacon into the heated pan and let it fry for it a bit like one minute but stir it once in a while so it doesnt get burned on one side. In the meanwhile wash the tomatoes, cucumbers, coriander and paprika. Cut the cucumber into small slices and cut the top part of the paprika. The coriander cut it into small pieces as they will be used for decoration. The Cherry tomatoes can stay in the shape they are unless you want to cut them into two but not really necessary. Now pour the egg and let it cook for a while till it becomes a pancake. Now add some salt and peper I prefer herb salt as it gives it a very "herby" touch :). Once the form is established brake it into small pieces so that you can fill it up the paprika and the left overs put it on the bread. Now that the paprika is filled and the plate is nicley outlined with cucumbers, bread and filled cucumbers it only misses 3 more steps. Put some corriander and top it with a tomatoe and to add some taste to the cucumber add some herb salt and pumpkin oil just to give you the nice spark in your mouth.

The finish product is shown below:

Just enjoy and have a good time. Hope you will like it. It is easy to make and trust me you get your daily vitamins and minerals. So see you soon and take care.

P.S. you want to get a free drink at a bar. Well just go to a person and tell them I bet you can't chuck or X a beer in 30 seconds. You must be wondering as well huh, of course I can well the answer will be revealed tomorrow.

Sincerely,

Pan Yi

Hi

Dear Friends and Family,

I have created this Blog as I want to inform you about the daily dishes that I cook. It can vary from American, European to Asian kitchen I will prepare a dish a day and post them up for you to learn and cook at home. The dishes I will put up are solely made by myself as I love the challenge and to be honest it relaxes my mind and brings out my creativeness. People may think cooking is easy but the truth is that cooking is an ART, it requires talent and a tongue that is able to taste the world of ingredients. The most exciting part of cooking is the creating and the best feeling is when you see the end product being a success, at that moment adrenaline pushes through your blood, feeling like your on heaven.
